Our Impact

We support around 2000 carers and parents every year through the partners we work with*

Over the past decade, we’ve grown into a coalition for change, united by a shared commitment to care and equity in the performing arts.

We work to build a performing arts sector where no one has to choose between their career and their caring responsibilities, where care is not a compromise and where the performing arts truly reflects the richness of those who shape it
