I am delighted to join the PiPA board. Since joining the performing arts sector, I have experienced first-hand the work of PiPA and am a huge supporter of its mission and activities. As a working mother of 4 I know only too well the challenges working parents and carers face and I am excited to support PiPA in making real and sustained change to create opportunities and cultures that support parents and carers to thrive at work.
