Saffy Setohy is a Glasgow-based cultural practitioner and dance artist. For 13 years she has been working as a choreographer, director and facilitator, as well as in a variety of producing and arts administration roles. These have included strategic dance development in a rural region, working one to one with artists, development of community projects, and facilitating the FST Dance forum. Collaboration and interdisciplinarity are at the heart of her expanded artistic practice, which encompasses a variety of forms including performance, participatory practices, writing and installation. She is passionate about exploring relations between people and place, and the potential of art and culture to invite positive social change.
