Our co-leadership model is at the heart of everything we do and has deeply informed the way PiPA has developed. We are continually striving to learn and grow our professional relationship which is always a work in progress.
The job-share model worked well in the early stages. As PiPA has evolved, so have our roles. We've been exploring new ways to articulate and communicate our unique partnership. Our Board has supported us fantastically through this organic process of development. Ensuring to respect equality, yet difference, whilst we refine our leadership model.
We are delighted to share that whilst we are still Co-CEOs, Anna is formally taking the role of PiPA Creative Director and Cassie of PiPA Executive Director. We will continue our journey of discovery into alternative, equitable leadership. Meanwhile, we hope that the new model communicates and enshrines the collaborative way we work at PiPA.
