Joining the team at PiPA is an extraordinary opportunity for me to combine my passion for the performing arts with my commitment to ensuring parents and carers can thrive in the sector. This work started for me at Middle Child, and I can’t wait to work with the company as a Charter Partner going forward. As a parent with a young family, working for an organisation with flexibility at its core is essential, and I am excited to be taking on this nationally important and strategic role from my home city of Hull. - Lindsey Alvis
