In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, PiPA recently published its Call for Support (here) for performing arts organisations and the government to consider the medium term needs and risks posed to parents and carers.

As we face an unprecedented time, including the closure of performing arts venues, the need to protect the industry and support the physical and mental wellbeing of our invaluable workforce is greater than ever.

PiPA is working closely with each of our Charter Partners to offer guidance and support as well as tangible solutions to facilitate supportive working practises.

The compilation of the following list signposts industry guidance and external support for Performing Arts professionals in response to the ever-changing circumstances.

Please be aware that guidance and government advice is constantly being updated. The NHS provide public information about the virus and the latest advice on how to protect yourself. You can also read more about the government's response to the ongoing crisis, including eligibility for statutory support here.
