Connection and community are essential for both creativity and caring!

Are you a Yorkshire based parent or carer in the performing arts industry (including on maternity or caring related leave)? Would you like to connect with others in similar situations, share tips and tricks and identify support to make work and family life just a little bit easier?

Join the monthly PiPA Yorkshire Caring Café hosted by playwright, producer and theatre maker Rachael Halliwell (Sheffield Theatre’s Bank Cohort Associate; All Points North Productions).

Rachael is a creative coach who specialises in confidence building and articulating your unique skillset. Each café session will focus on different useful topics, including building your confidence, articulating your creative skillset, networking & building connections, finding collaborators, and accessing funding.

Each month we welcome anyone with caring responsibilities to get together for a virtual cuppa, a chance to creatively check in, put the world to rights & share the latest industry news. You are welcome to come in and out during each session, and bring your kids, cats and any other loved ones you might care for.
