Increase your organisation's resilience by taking your first step to becoming a family-friendly employer with PiPA Foundations.
After a successful pilot programme funded by Creative Scotland, for Scottish Performing Arts organisations, we are excited to be launching PiPA Foundations across the UK from November 2023.
What is PiPA Foundations?
PiPA Foundations is an entry-level programme designed to support performing arts organisations to increase their business resilience through becoming more family-friendly employers.
Taking your first steps towards creating a work environment that is inclusive of people with caring responsibilities, PiPA Foundations will provide you with the tools and resources to implement inclusive policies and practices, helping you to attract and retain a wide range of people from all backgrounds and circumstances.
As an Arts Council England Investment Principles Support Organisation (IPSO), our role is to support National Portfolio Organisations (NPOs) and project funded organisations as well as the wider sector to develop more inclusive working practices and deliver against the Investment Principle of Inclusivity and Relevance.
Inclusion shouldn’t be limited to those who can afford it, so we’ve been working hard to find ways to share our resources with organisations of all sizes and remits.
More information about PiPA Foundations can be found here.
